Our transparent feeS ensure certainty for small business plan sponsors.

White Pine provides complete fee transparency so plan sponsors know actual plan costs:

  • Plan sponsors pay Vanguard a one-time start-up fee ($1,000) to create a new plan or a one-time conversion fee ($1,500) to transfer an existing plan from another provider.
  • Vanguard’s annual Bundled Services Fee includes recordkeeping and certain plan administration services provided by Vanguard and Ascensus and is paid annually.
  • White Pine’s Retirement Plan Services Fee includes plan sponsor support, participant support, and participant education and 25% of the annual fee is payable at the end of each quarter.

Plan sponsors can choose whether fees are paid by the company, plan participants, or a combination.
