Our 401(k) plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly or quarterly management fee that varies based on the number of plan participants and plan assets. Start-up fee: $500 for new plans; $1,000 for existing plans (one-time)

Administration fee: $375 + $7.50 per participant over 30 participants (per quarter)
